We take great care to look after every part of our production cycle - from every gram of soil and every single tree to the last bottle and packaging. Unlike mass producers, we harvest our olives by hand, not by machine. This way we protect the trees and promote the health of our olive groves. Each olive is carefully selected, and any leaves or wood are removed by hand to preserve the quality of the oil.

When you order 6 bottles, you will receive them in a returnable box, allowing you to participate in our circular economy initiative. Simply collect your empty bottles, send them back for sterilization and we will put them back into circulation. This small contribution helps reduce waste and build a sustainable future.

Although our production is small, we have a dual mission: to preserve the traditional methods from my grandfather's time and to support the transition to sustainable, eco-friendly practices. Together we can create a sustainable future - one bottle at a time.
